Wow this has been the worst experience in my life. The most disgusting customer service and management who will not even answer the phone. Do not trust this company. Totally duped for weeks with promises of repairs and resolution of property issues which never happened. Had a theft from the property which was not taken seriously and funds were withheld after a refund was promised as a resolution by Ellie but then was told by staff she was lying. Holes in walls are not a vent and furniture which is soiled beyond belief is not a luxury property. This company needs to learn how to conduct itself as a professional business and stop allowing young girls to run riot with an absolute attitude and zero business sense. Management need to take accountability
