Can’t seem to get anything. Got direct debt details wrong then the email address. We couldn’t read review details and taken nearly a month. When I had enough couldn’t cancel policy as ran out of cooling off period. There call centre only open when most people are at work. Ridiculous.

Complete scammers. Once company moves on to a different provider, this business will ask you to verify yourself by sending them your passport, driving licence and statements without providing any details where this needs to be sent to. At this stage I believe they are not honest and businesses should stop working with this association. Not only! Your money you will put in the account will not grow, will not have any per cent, but you will be paying a "handling" fee, for what?!?!?! 100% would suggest to avoid these scammers!!

I have a pension annuity policy that I want to cash in but Royal London are putting so many obstacles in the way that I wish I had never taken a policy with them in the first place. Trying to get an appointment with one of their advisors at a time that fits in with my employment is problematic and if you have a question once they send you paperwork they have to re-quote which takes at least 14 days before another appointment can be arranged. Going round and round in circles and getting nowhere.

In the past 2 months I have lost £2400 on my pension plan, they've blamed it on the financial status of the World, Ukraine War and Donald Trump. I have less money in my savings now than I put in 6 years ago.Don't invest with these or you will loose all you money. Disgusted with them 😡

Despicable, Mom passed away 5 months ago, we're still trying to refund her incomplete account for a WHOPING £320, they are throwing every excuse and every document request at us.

Prove one set of documents, then suddenly they need more, over and over again... ones they DIDN'T mention they needed from the start.

An insult, absolute insult... just thinking about them is enough to make my blood boil.

Customer service never get back to you. When you phone they say email....the saga goes on. It took a month just to change my title... and to top it off customer complaints teams contacted me but says it will take 4 weeks to get back to me. It is laughable! The app doesn't let me add beneficiaries and I can't find the option on my login. This company reeks of paying investors dividends and not investing in making their service actually usable.

I want to add to the negative comments about Roysl London bereavement department that it I is in my view not fit for purpose! Not just massively long delays due in part to shortages of staff ( I was told) but to complaints personal having nil empathy or understanding of the sheer frustration recently widowed customers go through. I have used all my savings to pay for funeral expenses and will need to go overdrawn to pay household bills all due to the inefficiency of this department. CEO if you ever read these reviews do something about it and stop your staff not answering complaints ( despite what your website says) and saying go to the ombudsman!! You have a moral duty to your customersI hope MARTIN LEWIS picks this up .

My mum passed away on 24th July. Royal London said they had sent the cheque on the 3rd August. It’s now the 15th & I’m due to pay for mum’s funeral expenses tomorrow. When I called today they said I have to wait 10 working day before I can’t make a complaint. They then went on to say they are well within their policy timeframe. The lady on the phone said it might arrive today via Royal Mail. So much for taking the stress out of an already stressful time.
