Very rude asian lady served me today. Didn’t accepted my pre-paid large letter parcel. It was exatly 2.5cm and posted exacly same way many times before. However the lady at the counter was not interested to help and just said “next customer!” Luckly Bushey post office had no issue with my parcel. All depends on staff and their willingness to help I guess.

I think people are confusing the delivery office with the post office. The post office has terrible customer services. Rude, unhelpful staff etc.
