Tried getting a refund due to holiday being cancelled due to covid, told that they only return 50% of your premium (what the...?) plus a £15 administration fee. I booked through Love holidays and just opted for insurance and paid through them. These people are absolute cowboys. God help you if something happens and you need to claim from them.

Cowboys of the biggest order, can’t contact then leave messages not returning them . But they were very quick taking the money.
Stay away from this company and loveholidays should stop selling insurance in their behalf.

Phoned to update medical status, Gentleman on phone, was not very useful at all. We had to repeat over a dozen times all our information, we were not able to just give a update. On the phone for over 30 minute. Unbelieveable incompetent . Did not help his English was terrible. Cannot believe we are having to explain nearly a dozen times. . Will NEVER use this company again and will be complaining to hays who sold us this policy.

They are useless in every way. From your policy not existing when you come to make a claim to ignoring half of your claims and then ignoring any emails or communication to them. Do not use their insurance and be warned when buying it through travel agency companies (such as wasteland ski).

Absolute waste of time. Can't get through on claim line, on hold over an hour. Never use this rubbish again. Quick enough to take your money. Had a accident in Greece and no help at all, wonder if they actually exist.
