We've worked with Rusty several times now, and he's always super responsive and reliable. He consistently goes above and beyond to find the best solution, not just a quick fix. What really stands out is how clearly he explains what needs to be done and why, which makes the whole process a lot less stressful. He's also incredibly patient and never rushes through a job. Rusty is highly recommended by us. After moving into a new house, parts of the existing complicated heating system stopped working. Rusty was not only extremely responsive but also here very quickly. He really is dedicated finding the best solutions for plumbing problems without breaking the customer's bank, so over the course of a year we always got in touch when we wanted to replace bits or a repair was needed. We absolutely trust him, and communication is very easy and friendly.

Rusty installed a whole new heating system for us when we moved into our property. He was great and we’re very happy with his work! Rusty also attended a couple of times out of hours when we had a bathroom leak (historic - not related to the heating system) and resolved the issue very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Rusty came and serviced my ancient boiler, fixed a radiator that was hanging off a stud wall and did a few other bits and bobs at my flat. Absolutely excellent service. Rusty was polite, punctual, tidy and very knowledgeable about how best to keep my old boiler ticking over for as long as possible.
When it finally gives up the ghost I want hesitate to get him round to replace it. First rate service and communication from start to finish. I cannot recommend this guy enough. Many thanks Rusty!

Rusty was excellent in dealing with our plumbing issues in our holiday let. Knowing we did not live in the area, Rusty went back the next morning to make sure that there was no issues with leaks etc. Cannot recommend highly enough. You won’t be disappointed!

We had an excellent experience with Rusty. Our old boiler (Low pressure gravity fed system) stopped working, Rusty was very responsive in helping us diagnose the cause of the problem and assess options re repair vs replacing with a modern boiler. We opted for a new combi boiler and Rusty consulted with us re what we wanted and gave great advice re the right replacement for our needs. Quality of work was excellent, Rusty was very honest and helpful/professional - very competitive v other quotes. Completed the work on time and at the agreed price, very comprehensive service, covered all aspects, waste etc
