I would love to give this firm 0 stars but seem unable to do so
My work was eventually completed in June 2018. It is now January 2019 and after numerous phone calls and involving their professional body they have admitted that my accountancy books are lost. So if you value your books so not use them.

Avoid, absolute joke of a company. Never did anything that we agreed. Didn’t respond to emails or phone calls. Even after cancelling they still took DD for months. Can’t even do the basics

I would give 0 if I can. Worst accountant ever. Can't even get the number right. Not replying email/calls. Refuse to pass information to my new accountant and try to charge me for the work he never completed.
Using this accountant is just ask for trouble.
