As I bank with HSBC I thought I couldn't use the hub as they sadly are NOT part of it. I was amazed to find the staff were extremely helpful and advised me how to deal with my particular issues. I hope HSBC do join the hub in the near future as I'm sure there are a lot of people missing the walk in facilities WITHOUT HAVING TO GO INTO PLYMOUTH. Just for the record you can bank and draw cash even though HSBC aren't there. Thanks again to the staff I met today. Very friendly and helpful.

This banking hub is a life saver for Saltash. The staff are absolutely lovely. Friendly, professional and always welcoming. I've used the Barclays specialist on one occassion to save a trip into Plymouth and had everything dealt with quickly. Also as a member of an Artisan collective shop in Saltash being able to bank at the end of the day is a godsend and Paula always has time to ask how our day went. Such a shame that this facility is not open on a Saturday as I've had customers unable to access cash from our 2 remaining ATM's or do regular banking. As we have a fairly mature demographic they appreciate and want a face to face service. It would be great if this could be considered.

Brilliant! Staff are SO helpful and friendly and a lovely clean and accessible set up there too. I feel very anxious about money and banking related things but I was brave and thought I'd try out the new banking hub for some support with setting up some savings accounts. I was greeted by a really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable man who helped me feel at ease and built up my confidence as I waited to go into see the man from Barclays who was just as kind, helpful, supportive and encouraging. I came out with my money set up in a much better way, my questions answered plus with more understanding that I thought I'd have and helpful things to think about for the future. I felt like a very valued Barclays customer too.
I think this new Hub is a brilliant addition to Saltash and I'm very grateful for it! Thank you!

Quick, efficient, helpful, friendly service. No more trips across the bridge to go to the bank. Excellent. I can't recommend the Hub enough.
