After two years of working with Salter & Weare I have been left little choice but to leave a negative review.

All started well when I was a new customer but over the last year all returns have been submitted at the last possible minute - sometimes the day before return due date. I run a simple company with very few transactions to process each month so returns should be straightforward. Weeks and months of chasing on each return.

Eventually had enough and changed accountants Jan 2025. My new accountancy firm then asked Salter & Weare for very basic information so that I can make the move across. We are now nearly 6 months later and the information has still not been provided despite multiple chasing calls, emails, and texts to both business owners.

I have received the odd fob off message promising information will be provided before then being ignored again and again.

It’s now become unprofessional and rude and again I feel I have been left little choice but to write this review.
