My partner and myself bought our first house using sample Mills.
Steve and Karen were easy to talk to and were always on the end of the phone for us.

Our solicitor firm was a joke, and without the team at Sample Mills' help with following up with them, and providing us guidance throughout the process, I don't know if we could've done it without them.

Would 100% say that they were great and we would definitely deal with them again.

I have recently used Sample Mills and Co to find a tenant for a property I rent out. Marketing of the property was good, photos excellent. They found a tenant within a week and the reference process was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed all the way through the process. Handover was excellent and the inventory was the best I had ever seen. Sample Mills are managing the let for me and I have been offered paperless statements which helps the environment. I would highly recommend Sample Mills for any property transaction.

Our property completed with Sample Mills this week. They sold our house within three weeks.The house sale fell through because the first time buyer at the beginning of the chain pulled out. They held on to the house that we wanted (which was also with them) until a new buyer was found at the beginning of the chain.
We chose them because we found the staff friendly and honest with lots of local knowledge.Also because they saw the our house and it’s positive points the same way we did when we bought it and they weren’t afraid to try for a really decent but still sensible price.

Steve East the manager at this office was excellent. From the prompt first appointment for the valuation right through to the completion of the sale. He was realistic with his valuation and found a buyer within two weeks of marketing the property. The communication with me was excellent and I knew what was going on all through the process. I would recommend him and his office.
