A big thank you to Laura and the ladies in the office at Samuels for all the help and timely assistance they have given me over the past 4 1/2 years. Laura visited me yesterday afternoon at my rental property in Haverhill which has had an extensive refit and is ready for a new tenant, after a chat on how we would proceed photo's were taken and by early morning today it was listed on Samuels website and enquiries were coming in ! that's what i call service . Thanks Samuels.

Absolutely shambolic estate agent 1 star rating is by far exceeding their capabilities. We had been instructed by one of their agents Laura Whitehead to undertake a trace and access survey as a property managed by them had a mains leak. Despite our company policy of requiring a 50% payment of the survey prior to our service being conducted we were considerate enough to confirm a booking without taking such payment.
We had conducted our services in a landlords property on the 13th January, the leak had been located, accessed and repaired in one day. Almost 7 days later our services have not been paid up after numerous emails and calls back and forth being fobbed off. Customer service skills are below 0 and extremely rude as another one of their agents Stella was very abrupt, unhelpful and disrespectful enough to put the phone down whilst trying to discuss who and when will pay for our work. The very people who requested our services cannot deal with this matter repeatedly refusing to supply us with the landlords telephone number, making untrue statements of advising the landlord to pay the invoices, despite that the landlord is not paying us. Laura Whitehead had confirmed that if payment is not made they will settle the invoices and charge the owner from their rent which is the honest thing to do.
We have been intentionally messed around and taken for fools. The landlord was present on the day of the survey from start till finish and had been well informed about the entire procedure of claims process with insurance company, payments etc.
If you are a contractor or doing any work for these dishonest people please think twice.

Samuels is one of the best property agents in Haverhill may be in UK. They don't have any hidden charges. They wouldn't push to go through mortgage advisor. They will really work hard to make your dream true. I bought my first property through them. Highly recommended.

They are good untill you move out, then it will take long time for them to sign of your house, still waiting for deposit back. Update. Most money has been returned, did get charged a lot for cleaning.

Absolute joke of an estate agents! Completely unprofessional and rude! Dealt with several different agents for one property! the woman I belive her name was Anastasia stood in the corner whilst me and my partner looked round the property she didn't speak to us at all just stood there on her phone, when we asked questions she was unprofessional and very informative. Think you all need a training day in customer service and how to treat and speak to people.

Very Disappointing! Although, we know the landlords pay their wages, a little support to the tenant wouldn't be a bad idea. Not helpful at all in my book to unsuspecting tenants who don't know what to expect from dodgy landlords. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Tenants - Just be aware!
