Contracted through Sapphire for 18 months and the entire experience was very positive. Everything was taken care of, all payments on time and correct, and any problems/questions very quickly dealt with via their WhatsApp. Took a lot of the stress out of contracting and would happily use them again in future.

been with them over a year, did a job via agency told as not been paid by them for 10 weeks account closed, have to re register, ask another rival company they said they dont have this policy, next week i will pursue thru small claims, i have now issued county court proceedings , cost me 27 pounds, as under 300 pounds, sept 2024

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The amount of time and energy this Umbrella company has taken from me is beyond a joke! And good luck with making expense claims!!! Would give only 1 star but the Staff are polite.
