I've owned a flat in one of Sapphires managed buildings for 10 years now. I have always been impressed with the way they handle communications and enquiries.
Each year the management fee only goes up a small amount, which is very impressive. They are proactive in addressing issues and always kind and helpful.
Just recently Michele Murphy helped me with resolving some permissions for works to be carried out. Really efficient.

Awful company. Raised issue with our bins sheds locks completed broke for almost 1 year now. Raised as a fire issue with the property managers as children are smoking in there and still nothing. Lies after lies about speaking with the council to issue new keys and lying about attending the property. Lying about getting quotes from lock smiths to change the locks. Not a single care for the wellbeing of the residents in this block. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this company at all. Never have I heard of management in any business not taking fire safety seriously. Cats also taking rubbish from the sheds leaving it on the paths outside causing nuisance to other residents which I continuously tidy. Avoid if you can

I really can't express how impressed with the service I have received from Corrine at Sapphire management company
She has gone over and above to help me with moving house.
I certainly would not have been able to answer the questions from my solicitor if it wasn't for Corrine.
Even though she was off for a couple of days she had everything organised for someone else to takeover with sending documents.
