I was lucky enough to meet Sarah in person at workshop last year. She made an impression in the nicest possible way; confident, competent, curious and most importantly happy and hopefully - so I was very happy when the opportunity came up to have a 1:1 session with her to look at the Secret Sauce of my business. In 45 minutes Sarah mapped out a fun and functional way to look at my business and with a few targeted questions opened up new ideas in terms of my communication and messaging and flushed out some 'low hanging' fruit which I was able to action immediately after the call. If you are in the start up space and you want some happy competent support, encouragement and wise advice Sarah Clarke is well worth your investment.

Sarah's workshop was crammed full of content, it could have been twice the length. She also gave us so many takeaways that we could reference after the session. She is supportive and clear and her approach is super accessible. Her plan and tools gave me the impetus I needed to get out of my comfort zone and develop the programme I had been talking about for months and the 1.1 where I got the benefit of her advice in a slightly more bespoke way was invaluable. I saw Sarah for a 1-2-1 in August and it has totally transformed my outlook on my role within my business and actually as a knock on effect, my whole self-esteem. Sarah has a very gentle way of intuitively making you see positives within yourself and the value of them, she reinforces and helps you work out your strengths and then helps you identify where you want to apply them. The whole experience was warm, gentle and really empowering and I left feeling excited, strong and motivated for the first time in a while! The last few covid years, coupled with the years of motherhood and all that entails had left me feeling bereft of any tangible skills, confidence and worth and in just 2 hours I felt completely different... At the time of writing it's been a month since I saw her and the template for me, that I left with, continues to guide my path and also continues to give me a deep rooted sense of feeling in control again. I worked with Sarah in her Orchard group coaching programme for 6 months. Sarah is inspirational, motivational and absolutely knows her stuff. She helped me to set up my business and leave my corporate career. I would absolutely work with her again.
