Our experience of working with the team at Savills in Rickmansworth to sell our late parent's house has been superb. Savills in Rickmansworth Hertfordshire…Outstanding
Savills in Rickmansworth Hertfordshire offered a first class service from the off!
We dealt with Steven Spencer at that office and from the first visit at my Stepmother's care home (her property, but I have been acting for her with Power of Attorney) to agree terms, he was wonderful. He had to deal with three people plus a neighbour during this process, although mostly with myself, and he was very supportive during a complicated sale as well as being a thoroughly nice person to deal with. All calls were returned, all messages were taken by polite office staff when Steven was not available, and calls always returned promptly.
Steven calmly went way above and beyond any expectations, particularly when I was finding the incessant "toing and froing" from Solicitors frustrating!
Savills already good name, is further enhanced by our experience.
