We've been a previous customer of 2Circles, and added to SCG group last summer (first time we re-signed with the same mobile service provider ever!), I have been impressed with their service to my companies UK wide mobile fleet across 2 networks and 5 sites. Very easy to contact with good customer support and troubleshooting skills when we need it -- Laurie and Stephanie are a great team. Definitely recommended.

We were getting our broadband changed to a faster one, which meant needing to be sent a new router and engineers coming to the office to get it all linked up. The router was meant to be delivered before or just after Christmas, however it never arrived.

We spoke to Ben Tompkins, who was extremely helpful and got a new one sent out straight away, which then arrived the next day. Once the router was delivered we an engineer arrived the same to get it all fitted, however there seemed to be a problem with the connection.

We got in touch with Ben (super star! 🌟) who started talking us through different options on how we can get it running. He kept us updated on what was going on with the broadband throughout the week until the issue was resolved.

We had also ordered a new phone and a SIM card. The phone arrived on time with no issues, however the SIM card was no where to be seen. After speaking with Ben he got one sent out straight away. The SIM card was sent out with next day delivery. However, 2 days past and there was still no SIM card, so Ben took it upon himself to come to our office and personally deliver the SIM card.

Overall despite the issues of getting things set up and being delivered. Ben's constant updates and amazing customer service made our experience much better!

New IT Systems and Support Service

Our overall experience of transitioning from our old IT systems over to the Microsoft platform has been greatly received by all staff. I have not heard one bad word from anyone. Similarly, we are more than happy with how IT support requests are being responded to and the timeframe for resolving general issues. I, and others, have found the SCG staff to be very understanding, polite and respectful both in person and through email/messages etc.

As with all projects we do expect some challenges along the way, but I have always felt confident that SCG had a solution. The weekly project meetings and follow-up ‘state of play’ emails were essential to the delivery of the project and went some way to maintaining the momentum of the project.

So, all in all we are very happy to be working with SCG and our new systems and would be happy to recommend your services to other potential clients

We have been customers of SCG for many years. They have always provided a great service. Any issues with Broadband/phone line or mobiles has been dealt with efficiently and quickly. We are very rural so have had issues with fallen trees but one phone call to SCG and it has been quickly sorted. The best thing about this company is they answer the phone quickly and you can speak to your account manager - then it’s over to them to sort out any issues. Thank you Ben Tompkins!
