Absolute nightmare. Fine when they want your money but when you’ve over paid your balance because no one from this incompetent company lets you know what your statement is or even when its paid off. So my standing order went out and now I’m trying to get my money back and given my details to them numerous of times. Spoken to them on various occasions now but just full of empty promises. Getting ridiculous now.

Keep trying to send me a debt for £11k which is not mine. After I requested further documents and they sent me a contract, it clearly shows the persons address and bank details which do not belong to me. Everything different apart from our names. After I asked to investigate further they ignored me for about few months and then decided to send another email with the debt. Unbelievable!!!!

Very friendly and polite on the phone, very understanding of the situation and helped us get through it. Everytime I spoke to them I was treated with respect and understanding, at a time when things were difficult. Thoroughly deserve the 5 stars!
