Ever since I have joined the Insurance company, I’ve had the most horrible experience ever. I got fined every month £28.71 on top of my usual monthly payment. For instance If I was meant to pay today, I imagine that my policy will take the money accordingly, but due to the weekend they would take it the next possible weekday. And that’s where the hidden charges are getting applied. They offer you a reasonable policy but once you join they make you pay double the amount. So they payment for my policy for some reason was never happening every single month making me end up with and much more expensive policy. When you try to call to resolve it, no one is there to pick up then I’ll have to queue for hours until I get to an advisor if you are lucky or they just hang up. Or if you request a call back, for the same day, no chance. It never happened!!! Then on top if that you blame you for not trying to resolve the issue or to contact the policy to pay the failed direct debit. Well it never work when Me us a customer tried to call. Leaving them an email gets answered if you lucky after a week or never. Then they send you a letter saying your policy might get cancelled because I haven’t contacted them or i didn’t try to pay my missed direct debit. You see where all this is coming from! When they are due to receive the payment thats when they finally contact you. And if they send put a notice by post saying your policy will be cancelled automatically if you don’t pay by etc… So they cancelled the policy but at the end of the day I also get charged for cancellation and have to pay a fee. How does this all make any sense. Don’t join this policy, it’s a fraud!!!!

Absolutely shocking experience with screentrade insurance,, I have never heard of them before having car insurance for 20 years and have many many cars , but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt!! Wow I wish I didn’t !!! Avoid with all costs ! Insure your vehicle take your money then cancel your policy without actually giving any explanation!!! Mickey Mouse firm ! Don’t use ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

What a joke, in fact would have give zero stars if it was an option.
They act as brokers for Axa - they need to bin them off or they will start losing business.
Not only do they not deal with you when you have a claim, you get passed over to some 4th Dimension unit who deal with you, apparently anyway - as they never answer and when they do pass you over to Axa who then say you need to contact Screentrade, what a farce.
They are linked to Devitt so the whole thing is a joke and a bunch of scammers.

would give no stars if possible. a bunch of crooks who keep you on hold for over an hour then dump the call if you use call back they don't.none existent customer service take your money and then cancel your unsurance. its impossible to contact them they do not respond to emails or calls.

Criminal company. Charged me £90 for not cancelling policy even though i couldn't cancel because I could login to read correspondence because "servers were down". Avoid at all costs, use a different company!!!

I was just on hold to these guys for 50 mins and they decided to not answer the phone n decline my call. This is after the fact they sent me both an email and a text asking me to call them “urgently”!! Very unprofessional if you ask me. Steer clear of this company.
