Bought a halo and had it fitted in the salon in King’s Lynn. The quality is amazing and they took the time to colour match me and fitted it for me there and then. Great customer service. Colour is perfect and looks like a full head of fitted extensions!

I’ve recently purchased the Halo from Secret Hair after using clip in extensions previously, and I haven’t looked back since! Since becoming a mum I rarely have the time to make an effort with my appearance, but the Halo is so quick and easy to wear, takes me less than 5 minutes to put in, and is a huge confidence boost. The quality of the hair is amazing also compared to other hair extensions i’ve tried in the past. The team were amazing with colour matching me, and showing me how to put the hair in and take it out, and I honestly can’t thank them enough for giving me some of my confidence back and making me feel like a princess! I also had my makeup done with Bryony, and I’ve never felt so good about myself! Jules & Bryony completely outdone themselves with both the hair and makeup, and I can’t wait to return for my next occasion.

Bought my wife a gift voucher for Christmas and she was over the moon!
She had extensions and a colour.
Lovely salon and great service by all members of staff. Her hair looks amazing and she really enjoyed the Prosecco whilst having her hair done!
When I came in to buy the voucher the lady that I dealt with was very friendly and happy to help even though the salon was very busy!
My wife says that the hair extensions she had will last a year so there’s next years Christmas present sorted!

Today i had a lovely experience with evany at secret hair (full head foils) , the salon has a warm welcoming luxurious friendly vibe, all the staff are absolutely amazing, i highly recommend anyone to have their hair/make-up done at this salon, the staff are very passionate and professional with their work.

Let’s start with the positives. The work is good and they fitted me in very quickly which I very much appreciated. However, I now realise just how expensive this place is compared to other salons in the town. In honesty I feel completely and utterly ripped off. It is also very difficult to get an appointment and the customer service is really lacking. You message you don’t get answer until you chase. Professionalism in the salon itself is really lacking, putting down other customers in front of existing customers etc. I felt totally on edge when I was in the salon to be honest. As I say the end result is good but this place needs to realise that its customer service is seriously lacking and also that they have a strong reputation within the town for being completely overpriced. I will never go there again. I am so angry that I allowed myself to be ripped of here once again as they completely overcharged for extension removal last time I went there as well
