On-Line banking very problematic - slow, fails to allow multiple statement views and downloads and you're unable to do an internal transfer from an account in a sole name into a joint account that is held by the sole named account holder and their wife.

The on line system is not at all intuitive and quite frankly not at all user friendly.

Automatic account updates following name changes unreliable and complex. Staff mostly unable to help.

The list of communication and on-line problems goes on and on.

Without doubt STB are at the forefront with regards to their services and competitive interest rates!!

First class service from a trusted bank. I opened a 4 year and 5 year Fixed Rate Bond and everything went through smoothly and was handled professionally. The security aspect was particularly impressive and I would have no hesitation in using Secure
Trust Bank again in the future. The rates offered were the best on the market at the time of opening so I had no reservations beforehand seeing as I’d done my research. I have decided to extend one of my investments for a further year seeing as I have no issues with the company.
