The staff are courteous and friendly, they helped me through the process of moving my deposit box from a bank and made it an easy process. I like that they have their own parking and very convenient to get to without going through busy town centres like other banks.

I have just moved my safe deposit box from a bank who seem to be in financial trouble. I was so impressed by the professional staff. The branch is so clean and tidy this tells you a lot about the owners. I actually feel more safe keeping my belongings here. All the security features were explained to me and I was impressed with the bio-metric security. Great place situated away from busy high streets and busy shopping centres. I wish I had opened an account here sooner.
