Absolutely disgusting customer service. Don't bother bringing your custom to this place - they don't even try to hide their utter disdain for customers. They look at, talk to, and treat you like you've inconvenienced them, when in actual fact it is THEY that close off the Post Office section seemingly whenever you need to use it.

They hate serving people, sat there talking and i dared to bother them with a parcel and was told to come back! Not even a hi, sorry the post office part is shut just shouted. Look at you with disgust when you dare try to bother them

Lady tried to overcharge me on something I send every week. When I corrected her she pulled a face said we’ll have to cancel the order. I put it back on the scale and showed her the weight and she just said well maybe you’d like to take it somewhere else. Also refused to put my other through as a large letter even though it fit through and wanted to charge me nearly an extra £2 for it. Go there every week to send off the items and never had this issue before. I will be going elsewhere and will also be getting my petrol elsewhere too

Umar is a STAR... he worked so patiently today to process all of my mail, each postcode so thoughtfully added so our mail can be tracked. Such great customer service. It's such a valuable community resource and I always feel so welcomed here

Had a very important document to deliver and dropped it off 15 mins before they closed yet they wouldn't accept it. They said they had a system error, my document was prepaid it didn't need there system to do anything. They closed early and completely ruined my chance of getting this paperwork out in time. I will be complaining to head office and also I will go and have a proper go at the Muppet behind the till

Stay away from this post office. We've trusted them with save the dates for our wedding and countless other parcels only to find they failed to make it to the destination. Posting from a post office in town has been consistently better

need to update opening times? ive turned up at 9:30 pm before to collect a parcel because online it says your open until 10pm,and its definitely not open stil haha

currently trying to find out if will be open on 2nd january and again it says 7am-10pm

Dont use the post office, they close whenever they feel like even with prepaid items, the could not care less.
