I have used Select Property Management for over twenty years for both lettings and property sales. They have always been professional and courteous and dealt with any issues in a timely manner. It is never easy dealing with the needs of both a tenant and a landlord but Select strike a good balance between both and operate in a fair and understanding way and represent the interests of all parties to reach an amicable solution to any problem. Select are a good agency, fair, professional and helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone whether you are a tenant, landlord, property buyer or seller.

disgusting despicable agent/s who disregard tenants, and all they need is money to do their houses up! situation occurred and will keep google and everybody informed till forever! They have no empathy, especially Gina, Katrina, and Steve, the co owner bless him. Maybe when he sees this message, he will kindly message me about disposing of my belongings without my knowledge My child's sentimental personal things. I had to flee the property due to safety concerns for my child, and they never once asked about what was happening and how things are. Very rude staff, especially the accounts and GINA, just put a voice on to interpret other people. When rent is due, they ring 100 x a day, but when help is needed, they disregard it. The only person that works for them is Richard from rvp maintenance who does home maintenance who forever was helpful and is a wonderful person who is and was.always willing to help. He was the only person who actually gave care and told me to take care and hope it gets better. Very nice gentleman indeed.>>>>> AVOID<<<<< this company at all costs..7 years renting with them, and all they gave me at end was sadness. Disgusting despicable unprofessionally trained staff and are very unprofessional on all terms.Gina needs to be sacked immediately, and oh yeah, janine thought I would forget her!! she is cunning and very unprofessional and just likes to put exclamation marks at every word!! we hear you, janine, and I hope the company is liquidised as I have had no support. God help you all

Select property management are only interested in the money side of businesse, my property backs on to a rented property which select are the agent. The problem we have are over grown connifer trees they block out the sun from ower back garden and are preventing me from growing anything in that area. The managing director came round to look at the situation and said consider trees can get out of hand, but he had to be careful as the client paid his wages . The date the MD came to see us was 26-09-23 we waited for a response nothing so I rang today 1 November to be told nothing will be done . in my opinion he(md) had no intention of sorting out this problem ,not a good company for communicating or looking after the neighbouring community. We even had to pay for a new fence which was 20+years old rotten & falling down because the home owners wouldn't replace it even the fence company said it wasn't ower responsibility again with this situation select didn't return calls total wast of space , they only respond if they are receiving MONEY. I only gave a 1 star rating as o wasn't available. After reading all the other reviews I completely agree with all the comments on how rude the staff are .

Having read other reviews, I have to disagree with any negative comments, Select Property Management are the most professional, considerate management company you could hope to deal with, they make sure all repairs are carried out quickly, keep properties safe and legal, and report all issues to the landlords, if the landlord refuses to have something done, that isn't the fault of Select as they push to get work done and genuinely have the best interests of the tenants at heart.

All legal and safety work is carried out regardless and I would recommend Select to any landlord and any current or prospective tenant, they score 110% in my book having used them for many many years, keep up the good work Team Select!

Worse than one star, do not use and waste your time and money on these agents. We used them for our rental property, our house was wrecked by the awful tenants, we couldn't get our deposit back even though they caused £1,000s of damage to our house. They marketed our house without our permission even after we had severed our contract with them. It was extremely difficult to get our keys back. To not use this company.

I have never come across a company with staff as idol and these. I have lived in my property for nearly 6 months. When I came to move in to the flat the “man” who showed me around only cared that he had the money in his pocket, as soon as he got the money he gave me my pieces of paper and left. No walkthrough on how anything worked, didn’t show me where my consumer unit is, didn’t show me about my smoke alarms, didn’t show me how to work the heating or anything just got his money and left. I have had several issues with the flat since then and had been told to sort it out myself every time. First one I had a leaky sink and the lady told me and I quote “bung it up with some blue tac” and the people who work for this company need to stop taking everything as a personal attack because every time you speak to them they are constantly like “oh well if you’d of let me finish” and “we’ll that’s just not the case it is” and they are so quick to jump down your throat and prove you wrong. TERRIBLE customer service and an APPALLING company to work for, they only care about the money in their arse pocket.

Absolutely disgusting customer service by a lady called Gina avoid her if possible we have had 3 dates to move in to a property and still nothing and not letting us know till 2 days before, we have had to cancel stuff being delivered lost a deposit on a hire van which GINA should really cover! SELECT are an absolute waste of time and a pathetic excuse for letting agents!!! STAY AWAY!!!
