Our account manager works extremely hard to get the best possible deal and will go direct to the underwriter to deal with any issues we may find and finds results every time. Great communication is key with dealing with insurance and the whole team work amazingly fast especially when it comes to claims handling, we work closely together to keep premiums to a minimum they really do appreciate all customers and work hard to help keep our business running smoothly. Both myself and my partner have got to know the team very well over the years you will never feel as though you and your business is another statistic which may feel hard to believe when it comes to purchasing insurance of all things but it’s very true.
