Seymours provided excellent assistance with the sale of our property during the last year. It was in a state of disrepair so was a 'challenging' property to market and promote but they did it without hesitation and the viewings were always enjoyable (my brother and myself were always around when they took place) but also positive and encouraging.

They always followed up the viewings to measure the level of genuine interest and we were always able to discuss the outcomes and any tips for helping future viewings to be improved upon.

We had a brief glitch in the journey when an intended buyer didn't really move on pushing through with the purchase but within 2 weeks of ending that arrangement, another buyer came in at the price we had set as our satisfactory level and it proceeded smoothly from that point onwards.

Thanks to Ian and the team for their help with this and I'd definitely recommend Seymours to anyone wanting to sell their property. I've had experience with some other estate agents which were beyond hopeless, in terms of their communication and their actually valuing of you as a client.

The significant benefit of going with Seymours was that they communicated well with me and, even if we weren't always in agreement on 'next steps', they respected my wishes and pushed on with what we wanted.
