I have now bought 3 cars via SG Petch Durham. They have always been excellent - nothing is too much trouble and they really do care about customer service and always go the extra mile. Excellent customer service! Sam was really helpful from start to finish. Unlike another well known dealership not far from here, paying cash and not exchanging my previous car didn't affect the level of customer service I received. Sam talked me through my chosen car without any hard sell and made the transition very easy.
