I fully concur with the previous post on here. she is totally unreliable and could have potentionally put my business into liquidation. she refuses to answer the phone, answer emails, late filing VAT reports and self assessments. 5 months i had to wait after asking her 10 times to file this! our new accountants are still working their way through trying to sort my accounts out due to SGW incompetance. Please note this is the director of the company Elyse Burns Hill that has ruined my business who was dealing with my accounts. She hadn't touched or uploaded any of my accounts since January that's 5 months! and been charging me for work she hadn't done. she is director of 28 companies some of which have dissolved, the address at Wallops wood, you cannot reach her there as the businesses dont exsist there (yes i have done my research and also driven to the office there) or the phone number as its been disconnected yet she still opens businesses in that address. she has left me due to her poor accountancy 21k in debt.
PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY ASSOSIATED WITH THEM.SHE NOW TRADES AS SGW ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS ADVISORS.

Been with this company for many years... Craig was a brilliant accountant , advisor and friend.
New owner ...rude... arrogant and ignorant.
After emails going to and fro....asking her to call me with no luck , just more emails ,
Consequently resulting in having no further association with this company.
I think Craig would be turning over if he could see how someone is breaking all he worked at creating
