Absolute rubbish do not trust these people with your money to access insurance for you.
Can’t say any more as there will be around the corner some very strong worded letters sent out from our solicitor to deal with these characters.
You have been warned!!

They are absolute crooks and shysters, they wouldn't pay for damage to my roof during storm Eunice stating that the damage was due to age related wear and tear and that storm conditions hadn't been met. They are theives and crooks and should be avoided

Customer service not that brilliant. Going through a switch board. Not able to deal with you and have to phone you back! One phone call take two weeks in phone back!
Best thing is the deals on offer hence three stars. Just need to improve customer services.

Poor service. Insured me during year 1. Came to renew, quoted for a renewal. Did not renew or contact me. I had to contact them to be told I could no longer be insured as the terms had changed. Poor customer service and unprofessional
