Do not make the mistake of taking out a mortgage with them. God forbid you pass away and they repossess all your hard work because they refuse to wait for probate to finish and do not allow your family to continue to pay until it has. The last thing you need to deal with while grieving. No empathy or sympathy at all! Money hungry greedy company with no morals. Avoid like the plague!

While all other banks are accepting cheque deposits into savings accounts, Shawrbook are still blaming the pandemic for not being able to 1.5 year on. Classic pass the buck approach for not providing a proper service
