Shojin Property Partners are exceptionally inept.

The projects they promote on their platform are very low calibre and mostly have been rejected by reputable banks and lenders.

This becomes apparent when the projects almost all falter! The costs they advertised to build the developments are almost always highly frau dulent, as are the timelines.

It means lenders don't get their money back even one or two YEARS after when Shojin stated they would!

Lenders on this platform are made fools of. They are lured in with very slick marketing and sales techniques. Then, when your money is in the projects, you don't get it back and trapped forever more.

I diversified by investing in lots of different projects on Shojin, but all have come a cropper!

I wish I'd never gone anywhere near Shojin. My bad.

A warning to anyone thinking of investing with Shojin. The company is run by people who do not know the first thing about property investment and yet this is a core area of investment for the company. A myriad of issues with various freeholds that they have purchased and developed, including pending litigation, make this a very dangerous company to invest in. Avoid.

Investing with Shojin is an interesting and good experience to me. Although I invest very little, just the minimum amount, thank you for the respect and keeping me posted of the development.

It looks like an evolving process in this single project, though rectification and adjustment in the process, i do gain more understanding in the subject. This won’t happen if I just invest money in property stocks. I feel that i get involved! The amount is a little (oh yes, because I’m a poor, don’t have much money to invest) but the knowledge acquired is uncountable!!!

Until now it has been a really nice and easy experience to work with the company. All the information for each project is available in the platform and you can do your own research. If you have any question they are pretty quick to answer all your questions. Also Q&A videos can be found in the youtube channel. The platform is easy to use and straight forward. There best product is the IFISA for sure.
Now I just need to wait to see if the investment really pay-off. Will ebe updating this by that time

Booked a viewing for a rental property 5 days in advanced, I was sent a calendar invitation and email confirmation when the date/ time was agreed. They don't do viewings out of working hours (9-5), so I went over on a lunch break - the contact at the agency didn't answer her mobile, I was stood in the rain for 20 minutes before she finally called and said she'd forgotten about the viewing (after having called into the office to try and find out what was going on but got nowhere). Really poor, totally unacceptable.
