Annie was our main point of contact and was always very clear in her emails and always available when we needed help.

I will star from thanking ShopWired for taking such a great care of building our website. Hasan in particular shown to be an amazing help. As our set up manager he was always there for us, any issues or updates. He was quick to reply and action all changes during a day or even late evenings. Hasan provided us with ideas and improvements which turned out to be a fantastic input.

The online help when setting up was brilliant. Agent Hasan sorted two issues with me by telling me what to do - but better than that in both cases asked 'Do you want me to do this for you?'
