I recently approached Ross after having dealt with him at another company in previous years. On this occasion my enquiry was about finance on a vehicle, to be purchased from VW. After a bit of back and forth, the main dealer incentives did make VW's price more competitive (this was primarily as I needed to have a balloon payment at the end of the term).
