I followed Signature for quite some time prior to taking the decision to invest. I was looking at a number of different options and being bombarded with sales calls, but Signature really stood out as I never felt pressured and they actually offered for me to come and meet them and visit the estate in Liverpool, which really put my mind at ease.
I have just received my capital back, and can honestly say that the whole process from start to finish was so simple and stress free. Very professional team, especially Anthony who made sure I was always kept informed throughout the investment. A great company all round!

This is my second year investing with Signature.

The rates of return are impressive. Additionally, when investing with Signature, you get the added benefit of seeing how your money makes a positive difference; taking dilapidated buildings and turning them into luxurious hotels and apartments (turning eye-sores into eye-candy) and creating sustainable jobs for local communities that they operate in.

Signature's estate is impressive, boasting: luxury 5 star hotels, a floating restaurant/hotel and numerous trendy restaurants and bars.

Their monthly investor update is great; providing informative yet concise updates on the company's progress. The analyst that I've been dealing with (Maxine Turner) has always made herself readily available when questions or queries of mine arose. Further, all members of the Signature team that I've met have been professional and really good folks.

Every agreement that has been made has been kept.

I would say I'm a cautious investor and so look for something that I know is real and has growth potential before I put my money into anything. I actually came across Signature by accident when reading something about them creating a football quarter in Liverpool. I'm a big football fan and reading the article led me to looking into the company more and I found the investment opportunities from Signature Capital. The entry level was spot on for what I look at investment wise, the returns are good, service also very good, not pushy at all and lots of facts and figures to back up the proposal. Would recommend.

Absolutely disgusting. Was purchasing a property on a new development with them. It fell through in because of the valuation.

I was assured beforehand I would receive a refund of my £2500 reservation fee due to the property falling through at no fault of my own.

It has been over 1 month now I requested my refund. The person I deal with David Matchell hardly responds to me or gives me any update. I have called their head office and apparently everyone in accounts who can deal with it is on holiday.

I get the same excuses week in week out and I no longer believe a word they say. False promises and lies so far.

The company is owned by Lawrence Kenwright and I will be organising a meeting with him through a mutual friend.

I wrote a review before which was removed. But I have to say the way this company manages their investors' returns is shockingly frustrating. Almost always empty promises.

The hotel room I invested to own should be bought back next year by this company according to the contract which I hope will happen. So far I am still chasing rental payments of the last two quarters!

I invested a significant amount of money wit this company, buying a hotel room, dispute contracted to be paid 3 months in arrears, it was never paid on time and i had to continually chase. I have now not been paid any rent for over 6 moths, I am continual chasing and but no one answers mu emails, it seems legal action will have to take place, this is not turning out to be a hands off investment as it was sold to me, I would never have invested with this company if I knew how they treat their room owners

Generally I find investing really confusing and I’m trying to increase my retirement income. I find it hard speaking to most advisers because they all seem to be out to get commission. You never really know if you will get the results they say you will especially if you don’t understand the investment. What I like about Signature is that there advisers only work for Signature and I have seen them in the media and they seem to be hands on, so it all looks good.

I'm totally frustrated with my investment in Signature Capital. I'm the investor of Exchange hotel unit 105. I didn't receive the rental on time and the worst thing is they never respond to my enquires. This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible.
