I cannot recommend Simon enough. He is extremely professional and his expertise and advice were second to none. I changed estate agents to Simon, having only received one viewing in 3 months with the previous estate agent, and he achieved 8 viewings immediately and we sold within the first 10 days. Simon was always contactable and doesn’t just work normal hours, I was very impressed with how quickly he followed up leads etc and the fact that he stayed with you every step of the way until completion. 5 stars !!!

From start to finish Simon provided an excellent service, he was thorough in his work, responded quickly to messages and was friendly and helpful. I felt he was real value for money and was a breath of fresh air compared to the regular stuffy high street agents. Recently purchased a property through Simon and I can only say good things about the service. One of the many highlights was the great communication he offered. This can always be a worry when buying a property, is lack of communication from businesses but Simon was able to give updates and push for updates from the sellers side. To add a cherry on the top, on completion he personally attended the transfer of keys to add that little extra touch, making you feel more that just a name in the book. 100% recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Its not often you can recommend an agent but I am happily recommending Simon to vendors. He takes a different approach. He finds the right fit for all parties, not a 'one size fits all'. Simon has a great list of contacts to help facilitate the sale/purchase process. We used a couple of these contacts to help get our deal done and so far this one has been our fastest completion, yet the most complex, of our portfolio which speaks for itself.

Things in life change for the better… and certain industries change for the better, take for example uber. This industry needs to change and Simon and his team have excelled in this. Forget the big boys down the Wharfe valley… who you can only contact Monday to Friday 9-5. Simon is on the ball literally 24/7. Professional viewings with continuous updates. Everybody says moving house is the most stressful thing you will do… it’s not easy but Simon and his team eliminates a lot of this stress for you. Having sold over 30 properties in my life… it is a relief to find Simon. I can honestly say I will only use Simon to sell properties in the future. Other estate agents in the area could and should learn a lot from Simon on how to handle house sales. A refreshing change for this industry.

Simon sold our property very quickly, he was so flexible with viewings unlike lots of companies. Communication was fab he always let us know in advance of viewings and gave us feedback. Simon was always quick to respond to calls and emails. I would definitely recommend him to others. 😀
