Stayed in one of Gerrard's student properties along Sydney street for my second and third year as it was such a good property. Great walking distance from the train station, shops and the University. Gerrard was a great landlord. He always solved any issue that arose quickly and was very easy to contact when something needed doing. The house on Sydney street didn't feel like a typical student property it was so much nicer than others I've seen. I would highly recommend any of Gerrard properties to students in Plymouth😊

I can’t thank Gerrard enough. My daughter rented a room at Radnor place for University. The property is the best student accommodation I have seen. The room was lovely, bright and airy and the whole flat was decorated to a high standard. The location is great and Gerrard made the whole process of renting student accommodation very easy. Nothing was too much trouble and Gerrard always made himself available if needed. Would highly recommend renting from Sirius Star Property. Excellent accommodation and great landlord.

I had the privilege of staying in one of Gerrard's flat shares in Plymouth for six months, and it was an outstanding experience. The property was consistently clean, and Gerrard took excellent care of me, ensuring my/ our comfort at all times.

Whenever an issue arose, Gerrard promptly found a solution, either fixing it personally or with the help of skilled workers the very next day.

Living in Gerrard's flat share made my time in Plymouth uncomplicated and enjoyable.

My stay at this student accommodation was incredible.

The amenities provided were great and had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. From the cozy bedroom to the well-equipped kitchen, it was evident that the host had put a lot of care into creating a space that catered to students' needs.

But what truly made my stay exceptional was the host, Gerrard. He was an absolute delight to interact with - always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any queries or concerns.

I cannot recommend this place enough:)

I can genuinely say that Gerrard is an amazing landlord. He’s a genuinely kind person and was very helpful and supportive through the whole process.

The property was always clean, and should something be broken it would be fixed immediately.
