Be very careful appointing Avalon Accounting to do your accounts.
They are very expensive monthly much more so than other local accountants. I am happy to pay more for products and services when they are of higher quality but Avalon is far from even poor quality.
They never set up my pay roll despite charging for it.
They will constantly create new charges and fee’s despite Paul Quinn telling me my monthly payment would cover everything.
When end of year came despite having full access to my quickbooks and having had fairly regular correspondence they asked me if I’m trading or if I would like to make the company dormant!
When Paul Quinn finally decided todo some work he came back with me owing £18.5k!!!

I went to another accountant who upon reviewing Paul Quinn’s work couldn’t make head nor tail of it!

After reviewing my accounts on quick books. And charging me £40 less per month I have my final tax bill. It’s a £72 refund from HMRC!!!

The receptionist also must have changes after around 6 month of me using Avalon Accounting as what was a present phone call suddenly became me trying to convince a fairly rude lady I, 1 am a paying customer & 2 I genuinely need advise ect.

Be very careful, accountancy is an extremely saturated market and there are far higher quality accountants out there for 1/2 to 3/4 the price who will also do your accounting properly.
