Great communication.... I'm reviewing communication so far as haven't done anything else yet. The lady who I've spoken to on the phone has been so lovely. The two guys arrived super on time for the appointment to home to assess and quote the job. In fact, they waited for me a while as I didn't know they'd arrived and I left my phone elsewhere so missed their calls! When they eventually came in to my home.... I was profusely apologetic throughout. However, the two guys were so polite, cheerful, professional and patient with me throughout! So kudos to the lady on the phone and the two guys! I don't know if it's appropriate to leave their names here as we haven't agreed on the jobs yet. I'm waiting to be contacted with the quote. I wish them all the best x

Excellent service from start to fininsh, went above and beyond. They arrived on time, got on with the job and tidied up the best they could afterwards. Really pleased with the quality of the work they did. Slight issues with some materials being out of stock (not thier fault), however they did manage to sorce some other materials and came back to fininsh the job off. They kept us informed throught all of the process, & are very reasonable in the prices they charge. They gave us an itemised list of the costing of individual materials and labour costs & refunded any materials that weren't used without any question. Will be using them again and will be recommending

Disgraceful company, took over £47000 of our money broke our TVs and furniture and at the end didn’t finish the work and said they weren’t going to finish off. Shouldn’t have ever trusted them, they sugar coat what they say then they’ll
Show you their true colours, they’ve ruined our house and wasted so much of our time. I wish the worst upon them and hopefully this company will get taken down. Every week they asked for more and more money and threatened us that they’d stop doing the work if we didn’t pay more, I don’t know what they gain by doing this, I hope one day you’ll be living on the streets with no money after robbing ours. Pure Scammers.

The SLA team did work on my house in Manchester didn't think they'd come from Blackburn to do the job but they did and I have to say the guys who came did an excellent job, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any property refurbishment or repairs
