I had several negative experiences at this post office. The staff member there has consistently been rude, particularly towards Indians and Asians. On one occasion, he even shouted at children, telling them not to touch the things. His attitude towards British customers seems noticeably different, as he is more polite and helpful. He rarely answers queries and is unhelpful when assistance is needed. Overall, the customer service here is disappointing and needs significant improvement.

I just read about your response. I didn’t mention anything about today’s out of hours collection in my review i knocked the door as I thought it was lunch time, then noticed Saturday timing later. I have been to many post offices none of places gave me such experience. It’s my right to share the review. Also Your response to my review clearly shows the attitude as for others you have apologised. I am happy I am moving out from this area so doesn’t need to use your service in the future.

Don't normally leave reviews however I couldn't let this slide I went in yesterday as I was having issues with my drivers licence and the new young man was extremely helpful and polite and helped solved my problem. Was great service but then I was shocked to find out when my husband went back few hours later to draw money out the owner of the post office was having a go at the new guy for helping customers "unless we sell them special delivery" owners words made my blood boil yes it a business but your not going to help customers unless you can sell them special delivery service and what's more I you have a go at your own staff for helping I will not be going back to this post office now you can shove your special delivery up your arse feel sorry for the staff

I love this place, all the staff are very helpful, thorough and even when there's big queues with awkward customers in it doesn't seem to take to long. The wait is worth the while if you want a proper job done with No mistakes. Excellent Peace of Mind service 👌

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the post office staff member. Elderly lady who was very rude, abrupt and seemed like she didn't want to even acknowledge I was there. She wouldn't stamp my pre paid paper receipt as apparently its the same as having the receipt from the till. I did say that ebay ask for it to be stamped but I just got attitude back saying its exactly the same so we don't do it. I don't understand why someone can work in customer services and be so rude to customers.
Sometimes just a smile and a little eye contact with your customers would be nice instead of being treated like an that.

I would not recommend this post office at all as its not the first encounter with then acting this way. Very disappointed with their service.

In addition to the above review we still use an alternative for parcels due to the hassle parking here, however we have had a suprise when Parcelforce left our parcel here to collect and the chap behid the counter was very nice, even offered to bring the rather heavy parcel to the car..... so all in all its improving here.

Terrible customer service off the older lady. I work in a post office myself for 19 years. I had a parcel delivered to my daughter in her name by parcel force. She had her bank card and catalogue bill and still not enough. Terrible customer service. 3 times she had to go.
