I made a phone call about some caravan insurance spoke to a lady who told me she was on her way out and would return my call within the hour, a couple of hours later I rang back she,not bothered to ring me back,, she took some details and said she'd ring me back with some quotes,, not heard a thing,, e ven the one star I rated is too generous ill never use or ring them again,
