Changing Accountancy firms has been a simple and efficient services at the hands of Sharon Webb. Not only did I stop for a coffee and to discuss business but I managed to sort out Wills and other matters whilst there - very friendly down to earth and professional company - I have already referred them to several colleagues and business associates and will continue to do so.

So hard to find this level of service and efficiency with a good level of real people attitude thrown in for good measure. Clients dont want to be bamboozled - they want plain talking solid advice.

SMH have been dealing with our yearly accounts for many years now. Whilst SMH are a large group of Accountants they have not lost the personal touch and we always know who to speak to if we have a query. Since Becky Grice at SMH Haywood & Co took over our monthly payroll I can get on with other things knowing that she will complete this task for us on time. I even get a reminder email from her if I forget to submit our figures. She emails all the payroll breakdown sheets back to me within a couple of hours, any queries we may have she's straight there with the answer, we couldn't ask for a better service.
