I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

From the first meeting, Sara and her team put us straight at ease and our meetings were like catch ups. Every discussion was met with excitement and enthusiasm and we felt like we were their only client! Throughout the whole process the team were very professional and the effort put in to get the best out of our property was phenomenal.

Considering Smith and Co. are a small agent with no high street office, the service we received was uncomparible to any other. Within weeks of going to market we had secured 8 viewings and 2 amazing offers allowing us the ability to sell our property and follow our dream.
