Terrible service
Unhelpful, rude, doesn’t get back to people and has caused immense stress upset and still owes my company money. Far from a dance and performing arts specialist Posting this as wouldn’t want anyone to go through the stress we have especially dance schools
I reached out several times to him to try and resolve this but he still didn’t get back to me! Couldn’t get a meeting with him for 8 weeks as he was “ in meetings 6 days a week from 8am- 8pm!!! “ The 1 person in the office ( there is no team as he suggests on his website!!!) just grunts at the end of the phone. Be careful dance school owners! Oh and when he does reply which is usually after about 4 weeks, several e mails and a call he will send you the longest rambling e mail telling you why he’s been so busy. A funeral, a meeting, a weekend away, a holiday. He then hit me with a £60K tax bill and then I couldn’t speak to him about it despite trying to get my accounts done for weeks. I kept chasing but just got “ I promise next week” he then gave me just 3 months to try and find this money.
The list of errors including a GDPR breach where he sent one of my dance school mums my entire earnings and all of my team! goes on and on, he never addresses any situation. It’s simply never his fault.
Then came me changing to another accountant. My new accountant sent 6 e mails asking for professional clearance . He then accused her of “ hounding him!!!” As she was trying to get my accounts done.
When my accountants were looked at by my new accountant they were incorrect and I was owed £5k!!! So I had to resubmit new accounts to the inland revenue.
Such a shame it started well for a month. He talks the talk!!! It then went from bad to worse to the ridiculous!! An awful service. Common problems amongst other dance school owners too within the industry.
