We got recommend to Smith Wilson and at first Nick was friendly and nice talked a lot of rubbish but came across as a nice guy. When it can to paying for the years end account's his attitude change! We asked him previously if we could pay an agreed monthly installment as our business had only been going for a year and he agreed.
As it turned out he wanted the amount in full ASAP and suggested that we pay on our credit card!
We paid him only to found out a month or two later that he hadnt submitted our accounts! safe to say we aren't with them anymore. Very dishonest, greedy, unprofessional person and still hasn't submitted our return as he's now on holiday..... Say no more!
