Somerset Estates helped manage our flat for a year whilst we were out of town. During which they helped manage a leak from a neighbour, contacting building management and relevant parties to negotiate reimbursement of damages, as well as managed a minor redecoration of the flat. They also organised regular cleans as well as a deep clean of the flat before our return. We were so pleased to return to a flat that had been so well looked after.
