As a first time buyer (& someone who bought on their own) I can’t recommend Sophella mortgages enough. From the initial advice all the way through to completion Daniel, Carmen & Juila were there every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible. I had many issues with a developer and ended up pulling out of a sale and buying a different property and the support and advice I received from Sophella was excellent. We have been immensely impressed with Sophella Mortgages. From the initial call, selling our property, finding our now home (with a lot of losing out on best & final offers!), house chains falling through and the rest of it that comes with buying & selling, they were always at the end of the phone for professional advice and up to date info. A special shout out to Julia who was a ray on sunshine when it felt like the whole world was collapsing - the ‘it happens for a reason’ turned out to be so, so true!

We was advised by a friend to contact Sophella for advice after another mortgage advisor let us down and left us feeling defeated. At that point we had nothing to lose and gave it a shot and called Sophella straight away from the initial phone call with Daniel we was filled with confidence after initial introduction we was then handed to Amelia and what a pleasure it was to have Amelia on our side! throughout the whole process Amelia went above and beyond any expectations we had even on her days off from work she was there still to help i couldn't put into words how grateful we are for the all the help. We have just used sophella mortgages to buy a property and they was an amazing team. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who asks. Our case handler was amelia and she was a god send throughout the process from start to finish keeping us updated at all times and getting solicitors on the ball. Amelia is certainly a credit to the sophella team.

Carmen, Daniel and Julia are absolutely amazing! I can't recommend them highly enough. Even though the house purchase didn't go through as quickly as we would like (due to circumstances outside their control) they made the whole process easy and kept me informed at every step. Julia went above and beyond to chase the solicitors and keep in contact regularly. Daniel also helped me with my life and home insurance which helped take the pressure off that. If you're going to use any mortgage advisors - please use these guys!
