Had a locksmith come out today to sort out my partners key as he lost his original key, we then found it and when we explained that we had found he said he could just use it to help make new one. Couldn't fault his polite manner! Explained what he was doing as he went along, Amazing service. Thank you. Would recommend

Lost my keys on the beach during a family holiday. The person on the phone was very helpful and sent someone to me within 2 hours. 1 hour after that I had 2 keys and the holiday was back on track, to my great relief.
Great service and a small cost to avoid a total holiday disaster, especially considering I was 300 miles from home.

Super fast response from the control room and the locksmith. The locksmith prioritised getting me back into the car as we were catching a flight. He was also brilliant at pulling bags through from the boot as the seats were designed not to release without the electronic key.
Going home and back for the spare key would have added 6 hrs driving to our day and we wouldn’t have made the flight. Thanks guys for a great job !

Avoid this company!!!!!
They are a scam! Tried to scam me by telling me I needed new parts for my car when all I had done is lost my key so needed a new one. Their first locksmith had a key arrive from citreon ready to go 2 days after he visited me but the office wouldn't allow him to drop it to me as 'someone else was dealing with it' the 2nd locksmith broke my door lock and did nothing else. Trying to get this sorted was AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I had to chase and chase and demand they sent initial locksmith who came and started my car immediately with key he had had for 2 weeks!
The office have made NO attempt to keep ne updated or investigate why I received such a shockingly awful service.
They left me without a vehicle for 2 weeks unnecessarily! Despite me telling them I was vulnerable, the nearest shop or public transport is an hour and a half walks down dangerous road with no path. I have a back problem. My car was stuck in a carpark which I was being charged daily for, as well as having to pay for taxis to get around in the meantime and losing any potential agency work offered during this time meaning I had NO income for this period as I am currently unemployed due to my back injury I sustained at my last job on the ambulance.

I have had to resort to taking them to ombudsman and citizens advice to try and get this resolved and get me reimbursed for unnecessary outgoings and loss of earnings they caused me to have and to get my car door lock fixed after they broke it!

Seriously would say to everyone to stay far away from this disgustingly awful service!!

Spoke with the team who had a locksmith out to me within an hour (after I'd managed to lock my keys in the car). Issue resolved within minutes when he arrived. Great service throughout

very disappointed with this company. We lost our car keys and needed help with a new one. When we called we were told to make the payment of front before any work was done and due to the fact that we were desperate we paid £240 upfront for the payment of one key and was told that we could check our car to see if we had our spare key inside and if not call to pay an extra £40 for a second copy. We was promised a receipt straight away which never came after contacting back for the receipt we were told it was going to come and we would have to wait till the next day. They arrive over an hour late and having checked the car my husband realise our spare key was not there. When we asked for a second copy, the guy said he only had one and couldn't do it. we called up the office and was told that we would have to pay for another call out like its a new job. So so unhappy about this. I have never written a bad review before. very deceptive and unprofessional. Avoid! They don't deserve the 1 star but need to put at least that for the review.

The Locksmith attended to our car within the estimated time given. He was very helpful and assisted us to discover that we needed a different key for the door aswell as the ignition. We had a spare door key cut at a cost of £ 30 which we were pleased to pay for and have sorted everything we needed to at the same time.
I have been very satisfied with the speed of service and the expert advice we received.
