Excellent service from Tim and Sue at Southern Mortgages. I needed to re-mortgage in a hurry and Tim got the process started quickly with a successful result in a short time. Went to Sue and Tim to get our mortgage reviewed and they have managed to get us a much better rate and saved us a lot of money every month. I would definitely recommend their services. Excellent customer service from the very start when I was trying to work out what I could afford to the very end when I got my keys!

Sue was a guardian angel for me in what quickly turned out to be a very complex process for a first time buyer! Sue made my life very easy by giving me updates as to where everything was at, not just on the mortgage side but also the solicitors side and estate agents too!

By far the easiest people to deal with in the process and always looked forward to hearing from Sue!
