I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a company that, quite frankly, left much to be desired in terms of service. From the outset, it was clear that their priority was taking my money rather than providing the quality of work promised. It's alarming how eager they are to accept payment while simultaneously lacking any sense of accountability or urgency in delivering their services.

Throughout the process, I found myself constantly having to chase them for updates and progress. Emails went unanswered for days, phone calls were often ignored, and when I did manage to get a hold of someone, I was met with vague responses and empty assurances that my needs would be addressed shortly—only to find nothing had progressed. It's exhausting and frustrating to have to be the one driving the effort to get what you've already paid for.

The customer service was not just lackluster, it was practically non-existent. It felt as if they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my existence rather than fulfilling their obligations as a service provider. If you value your time and money, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company’s approach to service is so poor that I wouldn’t even wish it upon my worst enemy.

In summary, save yourself the headache and frustration by choosing a company that values its customers and delivers on its promises. My experience was a stark reminder of how not to run a business, and I sincerely hope others can avoid this pitfall.

I have had my own business for 15 years and in that time I have had 3 separate accounting firms.

SQK have not only restored my faith that an accounting firm are there to save you money and protect you but their support in understanding the accounting process from VAT, self-assessments, corporation and employment tax has been enlightening.

I finally have found an accountancy firm that I can wholeheartedly hang my hat on and say they are my first line of defense. I have no worries or yearly dashes to prepare anything.

They allow me to focus on my business and the things that I enjoy doing.
