My Dad passed away nearly two years go triggering a St James Place plan for my mum. I told SJP to change the payments into her account rather than her dead husbands account. They said they'd do it. Six months later then didn't and offered me £250 gagging money. I refused and they STILL pay £650pcm into dead dad's account. They also refuse to honour power of attorney and keep trying to contact my elderly mum. This company is systemically incompetent trousering what is now tens of thousands because will not pay into my mum's new account. Avoid

I’ve been approached by an advisor for a initial consultation which I atender on time. When I got to 30 Lombard Street as agreed, nobody was there and they didn’t even had the kindness of cancelling the appointment.

Extremely disappointing, time wasting not to say disrespectful. Not a serious company, I would never deal with people like that and suggest you don’t neither.
