Very pleasant church. I love to see such wonderful stain glass windows which this church has. Nice bit of history to this site being incredibly old. War Graves are opposite main church site. Quite a dominant site within Ewell village.

Amazing church & congregation! The perfect balance of welcoming/inviting and allowing us to find our own path, in our own time. The bells, the choir, the overall Sunday service quality is exceptional and amount of community events is impressive - definitely able to peak everyone's interest and can get involved as much or little as you please! Perfect.

There has been a church dedicated to Saint Mary the Virgin in Ewell on this site since 1239. Unfortunately the Norman church had to be demolished due to being structurally unsafe and on a whim by the rector and who was the Lord of the Manor at the time who disliked the parishioners passing by his home! The remains of a 15th century bell tower still exists from the earlier time and can be seen in the cemetery. What you see today is a church that was built in 1848. Sadly unable to gain access to the church due to being locked.

I joined in with their choir in a "Come and Sing" performance of The Armed Man by Karl Jenkins, in aid of the Church Organ. Lovely church, very friendly people in the choir, and helpers, and an excellent Musical Director. Delicious refreshments were provided by some of the ladies from the church.

I attended a Carol Service and the Church was beautifully decorated. Mulled wine and mince pies were offered after the Service but I didn't stay.

Married here in 2016 and the church itself is wonderful and full of history. My wife and I regularly attend church because of the service that there is - more High Church and the warm and welcoming congregation. We love it. Unfortunately the Vicar Russell has just left April 2021. A great church offering solace and comfort.
