I just wanted to say what a pleasure it's been dealing with Phil, Jenni and Holly at Stanford Estate Agents in Fair Oak. They have been professional, efficient and timely in finding us a new tenant for our rental property. I had a fantastic experience with Peter who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when advising me on my mortgage.
He was always quick to reply to emails and kept me updated on his availability. Despite some challenges on the seller’s side, Peter was patient and understanding throughout the process. His professionalism and dedication made the whole experience so much smoother.

We bought a property through Stanford, Cameron supported us well during the negotiation period and we always found the whole team to be helpful and accommodating. Katie took on the role of keeping the chain updated which I acknowledge wasn’t an easy job, where she often found communication at the bottom of the chain wasn’t forthcoming. She was first class and tenacious to get the job done, even to the point of updating me when she was away from the office when exchange took place, thank you Katie that meant a lot!
We would highly recommend Stanford to anyone buying or selling, top notch.
